Identification Required Before Voting on Election Day
Ohio law now requires all registered voters to show proof of identity before voting on Election Day.  Acceptable forms of identification include your unexpired Ohio driver’s license or state identification card with either your current or previous address.

Other forms of identification, which include a current utility bill, bank statement, paycheck, government check, military ID, or other government document, must show your current name and address.
